Want to submit your claim using your smart phone?

 
  1. Open e-benefits.ca on a browser in your mobile phone. Find the Claims&Forms tab.

  2. Open the form you want to use. Fill in the entries. Snap pics of your medical forms to match your medical amounts. Hit SUBMIT a claim when you’re ready.

  3. You can SAVE and return to the form, if required. A link is emailed to you for this purpose.
